Help us reinvent how careers grow, powered by AI.

Our mission

Careers today move at the speed of bureaucracy with complex, slow, and shaped by outdated, biased, and incomplete information.
We’re here to change that. Our mission is to give leaders and employees the clarity, speed, and fairness they deserve, powered by AI at the core.

About us

We’re a tiny but mighty team of senior technologists and operators, building the product we always wished existed. At Pensero.ai, AI isn’t a bolt-on, it’s the foundation. Every product decision, technical choice, and operational process is designed with AI in mind, which means we build faster, smarter, and very differently from traditional tech companies.

The opportunity

At Pensero, we believe that distribution should be engineered and are looking for someone that can systematically accelerate our growth. As an early member of our GTM team, you'll be critical in developing and executing initiatives that drive our ambitious vision forward.

You'll have significant autonomy to own growth goals and lead high-impact experiments across the business. You will work with marketing, product, sales, and operations to solve the biggest challenges in scaling Pensero.

We're deeply experimental, data-driven, and execution focused, building a growth engine to power our next 10x.

What you'll do

  • Own Key Business Goals take ownership of growth metrics and establish end-to-end tracking systems to measure impact.

  • Own GTM data integrity and visibility. Translate complex spreadsheets and ad-hoc reports into reliable, automated dashboards that drive decision-making.

  • Automate repetitive marketing workflows from campaign QA to performance reporting to lead enrichment.

  • Leverage APIs, webhooks, and LLMs to create growth infrastructure that scales smarter.

  • Act as an internal multiplier by sharing tools, playbooks, and internal agents that help marketing and GTM teams move faster.

  • Build and ship MVPs of growth experiments using tools like Retool, Bubble, Zapier, Vercel, or custom scripts without Engineering support.

  • Drive Growth Strategy by developing, executing, and iterating on strategies including automated outbound, website conversion, SEO, paid marketing, and affiliates.

  • Prototype and launch AI-powered workflows to improve speed, personalization, and targeting across marketing channels (e.g., GPTs for ad copy, agents for segmentation, auto-generated landing pages).

You'll love it here if you…

  • 2+ years of experience as an operator or growth engineer. At a high-intensity, high-growth company, with a proven track record of building systems that drive business outcomes. You will act as the primary Revenue Operations partner to ABM, Marketing, and BDR teams.

  • Think like a growth marketer but move like a hacker. You understand what drives outcomes and how to build just enough to prove value.

  • Love working with AI, APIs, and automation tools. Bonus if you've built internal agents, custom GPTs, or created internal tools independently.

  • Are fluent in Zapier/Make/Tray/N8N, GPT-4, Retool, Notion, Airtable, Python, Javascript, SQL, LangChain, Vercel, or equivalents without being rigid about the stack.

  • Bias toward shipping over spec'ing. You believe a working prototype today beats a polished deck next week.

  • Have a strong product sense and design instincts, even without formal design or engineering training.

  • Fearless experimentation. You're willing to run 99 failed experiments if the 100th becomes an inflection point. You think outside the box and embrace failure as part of the process.

  • Communicate clearly, operate with ownership, and take initiative without waiting for direction.

This role might not be your sweet spot if…

  • You like working from a fixed checklist more than charting your own path.

  • You’re happiest when things stay the same week to week.

  • You’d rather stay in your comfort zone than experiment and learn on the fly.

  • Picking up new skills or tools regularly feels more like a chore than an opportunity.

  • You struggle to let go of a project until it’s absolutely flawless.

Bonus points for…

You’ll stand out if you:

  • Understand the software and SaaS industry — how products are built, sold, and adopted.

  • Have carried a quota or supported a sales role and know what great GTM execution looks like.

  • Are AI-literate and comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or automation platforms to accelerate work.

  • Hybrid rhythm: Tuesdays & Thursdays on-site in our offices, other days from home. It’s the best of both worlds: deep focus time plus high-value in-person collaboration.
  • Small, senior, sharp: Fewer than 10 engineers, all senior. You’ll work directly with our co-CEOs and skip the bureaucracy.
  • Product-led & feedback-rich: We build fast, make decisions on data and user impact, and give feedback the way we’d want to receive it:  clear, objective, and aimed at making the work better.
