The opportunity
We're building the demand engine that will fuel Pensero's next stage of growth—and we need someone to own it end-to-end.
This is a full-stack Demand Generation role for an execution-obsessed marketer who wants massive ownership with zero red tape. You'll launch campaigns, run paid channels, drive SEO and AEO, and directly impact pipeline and revenue from day one.
This isn't a strategy-only role. You'll build, ship, test, and iterate daily. If you love moving fast, owning outcomes, and seeing your work translate directly into business results, this is your role.
What you'll do
Campaign Management & Execution
Execute targeted, multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, content, and social to generate and nurture leads
Build campaign workflows including segmentation, targeting, messaging frameworks, and nurture sequences
Launch landing pages, email sequences, ad campaigns, and content assets with speed and precision
Maintain campaign calendars, launch checklists, and performance reports
Paid Acquisition (SEM & Paid Social)
Set up and manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns from scratch
Define audiences, write ad copy, and build conversion-focused landing pages
Run continuous A/B testing on creatives, copy, and funnels
Optimize CPL, CAC, and pipeline contribution
SEO & Organic Growth
Execute hands-on SEO work: keyword research, content briefs, on-page optimization, and internal linking
Partner with founders and product/content to create high-intent content
Track rankings, traffic, and organic conversions
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
Optimize content for AI-driven discovery (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google SGE, etc.)
Create structured content (FAQs, how-tos, schema, semantic content clusters) to increase AI visibility
Experiment with new distribution surfaces and document learnings
Lifecycle & Lead Nurture
Build and optimize email nurture journeys for leads and customers
Work with Sales/RevOps to improve lead scoring, routing, and feedback loops
Improve conversion rates across the funnel (visitor → lead → MQL → SQL)
Analytics & Experimentation
Track and report on demand gen KPIs: traffic, CPL, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, ROI
Build lightweight dashboards and weekly performance reports
Run structured experiments across channels and funnels

Have 2–6+ years in B2B demand generation, growth, or performance marketing
Have proven hands-on experience running paid media (Google, LinkedIn)
Possess strong working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and tooling (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, etc.)
Have experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, content, social)
Are familiar with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
Have strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and emails
Bring a data-driven mindset with comfort in GA4, dashboards, and funnel metrics
Thrive on ownership and want to see direct impact from your work
Love moving fast in a startup environment with real decision-making power

How we work
Hybrid rhythm: Tuesdays & Thursdays on-site in our offices, other days from home. It’s the best of both worlds: deep focus time plus high-value in-person collaboration.
Small, senior, sharp: Fewer than 10 engineers, all senior. You’ll work directly with our co-CEOs and skip the bureaucracy.
Product-led & feedback-rich: We build fast, make decisions on data and user impact, and give feedback the way we’d want to receive it: clear, objective, and aimed at making the work better.
