We’re looking for one exceptional software engineer to join our product-engineering team and help shape the future of our platform.

You’ll work in tight, iterative cycles, pushing real features to production fast, and seeing your work in the hands of users within days, not months.

What you'll do

Own features end-to-end: from first idea to shipped product, spanning everything from the web front end to our AI pipeline.
Shape what we build: work side-by-side with our product colleagues to decide not just how to implement features, but whether we should build them at all.
Build for scale: design and implement robust systems using our Python/Django + AI stack, directly informed by real customer feedback.
Ship fast, learn fast: deploy, measure, and iterate in short cycles.

Hybrid rhythm: Tuesdays & Thursdays on-site in our offices, other days from home. It’s the best of both worlds: deep focus time plus high-value in-person collaboration.
Small, senior, sharp: Fewer than 10 engineers, all senior. You’ll work directly with our co-CEOs and skip the bureaucracy.
Product-led & feedback-rich: We build fast, make decisions on data and user impact, and give feedback the way we’d want to receive it: clear, objective, and aimed at making the work better.

Technical deep dive (1 hour) — architecture, trade-offs, and problem-solving approach.
