Pensero is committed to responsible communication. We do not send, support, or tolerate unsolicited bulk or commercial email (spam), and we do not permit our domains or our website (pensero.ai and any related Pensero domain) to be advertised through unsolicited messages.

Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited for Pensero, its employees, its affiliates, and any third party acting on its behalf:

• Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial email that advertises pensero.ai or any Pensero domain.

• Using purchased, harvested, or non-consented recipient lists.

• Sending email without a clear and functional way to opt out, or continuing to contact a recipient after an opt-out.

• Falsifying headers, sender identity, or routing information.

• Engaging any vendor or affiliate that advertises Pensero through unsolicited messages.

How we contact people

We contact individuals and organizations that have a genuine business relationship with us or that have expressed interest in our product, and we honor opt-out requests promptly. We do not advertise our domains through unsolicited bulk email.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy by any employee, affiliate, or third party result in corrective action, up to termination of the relationship. We investigate all reports of misuse.

Reporting abuse

To report suspected misuse of a Pensero domain, email policies@pensero.ai. We review every report and act on confirmed violations.
